Client Partnership
Our Client Partnership team serves as the voice connecting our agency and our clients. The Client Partnership team seeks individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who listen first, and then bring the right resources and insights to bear in fulfilling client requests. Passion and accountability are a must.
Creative
Our Creative team is driven by the mantra: “Great ideas. Beautifully executed. In new and innovative ways.” To break that down, we develop ideas out of compelling strategy and consumer insights. Close collaboration between copywriters and designers sparks creative executions that connect emotionally with the target audience. And we always aim to deliver our ideas and executions in new and innovative ways.
Technology
The Technology team thrives on learning and developing new technologies to deliver digital solutions for each client's marketing objectives. DHTML, JSP, .NET, PHP, and AJAX are just a few of the programming languages we use to create and maintain Web-based relationship marketing programs for our clients. The Technology team builds a wide variety of sites and applications, ranging from enterprise-level development to Web 2.0 mash-ups.
Strategic Planning
The Strategic Planning team serves three main roles: First, these individuals ensure that we make the right choices and recommendations to build our clients’ businesses. This involves leading the annual planning process with clients and defining how digital marketing is used to promote new products. Strategic Planning then reaches out to potential clients through a pitch process. Lastly, they take part in product development and media innovation.
Project Management
The Project Management team applies leadership expertise at the right time to deliver great interactive work, while driving profitable business results for the agency. On individual projects, project managers ensure that the work is assigned appropriately, delivered promptly, and executed to the highest standards. Across our teams, project managers are also responsible for budget management, team planning, and resource utilization.
Research
Our consumer experts use key insights to ensure that the consumer is represented throughout planning, creative development, and execution. In addition, they develop and execute strategies for ongoing measurement.
Experience Media
Bridge Worldwide’s Experience Media team develops next-generation interactive systems, Flash media, and rich media content. Mixing the Creative and Technology disciplines, this team delivers highly immersive, innovative, and engaging work.
Experience Planning
Experience Planning keeps the customer perspective at the center of our work. In addition, experience planners craft experiences based on customer insights. Skills within Experience Planning include user research, interaction design, information architecture, content strategy, and usability.
Search Engine Marketing
The SEM team works closely with multiple disciplines across the company. SEM closes the gap between the brand message and the consumer. We develop content- and campaign-specific search strategies and execute them via search engine optimization (SEO), paid placement advertising, paid inclusion, and back-linking.
Operations
The Operations team supports the company in several disciplines: Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Office Management, IT Systems/Support, and Workflow Management. Successful Operations candidates are proactive problem solvers, clear thinkers, and quick learners who embrace a client-service mentality.
